Alzheimer’s is a growing societal problem. It continues to be 1 of the top 10 leading causes of US deaths, and is the ONLY one today we cannot prevent, cure or slow.

5.4 million Americans (1 out of 9 > 65) suffer from Alzheimer’s. Every 66 seconds someone new in the US develops the disease, which can silently grow for 20 years before cognitive decline. Even more Americans are functioning as unpaid caretakers, leading to deprivation or bankruptcy.

So how do we combat? One way – early detection with secondary prevention.

Our Solution

Build a predictive model using current data sets to pre-screen for clinical trials.

  • Current biomarkers are later stage, invasive and expensive

  • Researchers have found one hallmark sign is a buildup of amyloid beta plaque in the brain

  • This model would identify, measure and predict a person’s cognition through this build up early (early detection)

  • Treatments can be explored and determined more effective or not much earlier in a person’s cognitive life (secondary prevention)

How it’s different

Access to the right resources and assets is what differentiates us from others

  • Trusted patient and population data sets

  • Revolutionary decision support platform, engines and machine learning assets to accelerate

  • Advanced Image Analytics w/Data Visualization

  • Connected partner ecosystem with unique skills and the right expertise (clinicians, researchers, data scientists, technologists, predictive modelers, academia, business)

  • Balance with social impact and financial goals
